Recommended Use:
İyon Ocean Water Nasal Spray is suitable for use by adults and children from 3 years old.
Start the system by spraying once on first use.
For Daily Nasal Hygiene and Moisturizing:
Keep your head upright, and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Spray one or two times in each nostril.
Allow any excess solution to drain out, and then blow your nose.
For a Deeper Nasal Cleaning:
Tilt your head to one side and place the nozzle in the upper nostril. Spray for a longer duration, about 2 to 3 seconds. Allow the excess solution to flow out of the opposite nostril, and then blow your nose.
Use 2 to 3 times daily for optimal results.
