Indication of Use:
İyon Sinus Rinse Kit is used to relieve nasal allergies, hay fever, sinusitis, nasal congestion caused by colds or flu, post-nasal drip, and irritation from dust or pollutants. It is also suitable for daily nasal hygiene and moisturizing of dry nasal passages.
Composition:
Each sachet contains Sodium Chloride (NaCl) and Sodium Bicarbonate (NaHCO3). One sachet is formulated for 240 ml solution and contains. The solution is pH balanced and drug-free.
Recommended Use:
The 240 ml İyon Sinus Rinse Kit is recommended for adults It can be used once daily or as advised by a healthcare professional.
1.Boil water for 3–5 minutes, allow it to cool until lukewarm, or use sterile/distilled water.
2.Make sure the bottle is clean and completely dry.
3.Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
4.Open the cap of the bottle.
5.Fill the bottle with the prepared water.
6.Empty the contents of one sachet into the bottle and fill up to the 240 ml mark.
7.Close the cap tightly and shake the bottle gently until the powder dissolves completely.
8.Lean forward over a sink, place the tip of the bottle into one nostril, and gently squeeze. The solution will flow out from the opposite nostril.
9.Use approximately half of the solution in one nostril.
10.Repeat the procedure for the other nostril.
11.Exhale strongly through the nose to remove remaining solution.
12.Discard any leftover solution. Rinse and dry the bottle completely before the next use.
